Do you ever look at something you’ve made and wonder why you did it the way you did?

I’ve been thinking about this blog and had that same thought – the layout and structure didn’t appeal to me, colours were wrong, photography didn’t appeal. The list goes on. Because I didn’t like how it looked, I didn’t want to use it. And it didn’t have focus. It’s still feeling a little formless but I think right now, I want to go back to what this blog was originally about:

• Knitting and design
• Spinning
• My garden
• Guest appearances from my cats

I’ve been doing a lot of knitting and spinning lately. In fact, I even have a sweater on the go (of my own design) using my handspun yarn. I’m spinning some silk to ply with some silk/yak fibre I’ve had for years. I’ve got a new spinning wheel since we spoke last – I’d like to tell you about that too.
